Today is an exciting day here at the Boston brewery. At about lunch time we got a great delivery on our door step…
- Brand new tanks… just delivered!
Three brand new fermentation tanks.
And you know what that means – more beer for you to enjoy!
In the brewing world, we measure things in barrels. But, I realize that most people don’t quite know what that means. So here is a simple conversion:
1 Barrel = 31 Gallons
1 Barrel = 2 Kegs
So. Now that we have the math out of the way, what I’m really excited to tell you about is how much beer these tanks can hold.
Each of the tanks will hold 500 barrels.
That’s right – this means that each tank will be capable of filling 1,000 kegs.
There is some math that we can all enjoy on this Wednesday!
